Effective October 1, 2015, you must register for the Privacy Act Overview Training in the Army Learning Management System (ALMS) and successfully complete it in order to fulfill the Privacy Act training requirement per DoD 5400.11-R - Department of Defense Privacy Program, May 14, 2007, and to obtain a Certificate of Completion.
